Welcome to fascinating Fitness! I am so glad that you’re here. And that I hopefully get to be part of your fitness journey. I am excited to announce that I have started my youtube channel! There I will talk more about ways to acheive your health and fitness goals in fun and positive ways!
I am fascinated by Fitness. It is so interesting to me. I love learning how the body works. If I eat or exercise in a certain way I get certain results. And also, the more you know, the more you’re able to be in control of your fitness journey. Not only will you be in control of what is happening you will be satisfied and happy about where you are.
So why fascinating fitness? People constantly talk about how they hate diets and that they’ve tried everything and nothing works for them. This is why I am here. To provide honest information and perspectives to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
Here is exactly what I’m hoping to provide for you. Number one is education. There’s so much information out there about health and fitness and with all this information, why is this journey still so challenging for us? So first and foremost, there is too much information. There’s too much information to sort through and some of the information is not accurate.
So, I want to provide on the youtube channel and on my website, fascinatingfitness.com, real, honest information for you to look through. And I will not only give you real, honest information, but if there are opinions or discrepancies between different groups of people, I will also provide that for you. So that you can make your own informed decisions about which way you want to go. There is no agenda here. I’m not promoting any supplements or fitness equipment Or anything like that? I really want you to be able to trust me and understand that what I’m giving you are real facts. If I ever have anything for sale I will make sure it is affordable and accessible to everyone.
Second, we are going to talk about diets. With so many diets out there, why are we still having so much trouble getting on top of our health? And again, its the same reason, diets don’t contain 100% of what we need to know to get healthy. They might have a gimmick – exercise like this, or eat like that. It’s not the whole picture and it might not be accurate.
The other thing is that some diets just don’t fit into our lifestyle? They might not fit with our schedule, they might contain exercises or foods that we don’t like, They might ask you to exercise too much or eat too little and therefore we won’t enjoy the process. Its a negative experience and it will be just too difficult to maintain. Then if you can’t maintain it, And you have to stop, then you feel like a failure. So that’s another thing that we want to try to prevent, and that we will talk a lot about. We want to try to prevent you from being discouraged and feeling like this is your fault. Instead we want to have many wins in this process so that you feel you are succeeding. I guarantee you, this is a process that you can handle. You can do it. You just have to find what works for you.
Third, I also feel that a lot of diet plans or just any health information you find out there don’t incorporate your physical health or your mental health. For example if we have any physical limitations that prevent us from exercising a certain way or eating a certain way. If that’s the case for you, you might need to make some alterations or go farther into your journey and get help from a medical professional.
Same with mental health. I think a lot of us have mental health issues and so we use food to comfort us. I am one of these people. We’ll talk a lot about emotional eating and food addiction because these are things that I face daily. But again, if you need more than tips you might need to go deeper into your fitness journey and talk to a doctor or therapist.
Finally we will talk about inspiration and perspective. We are going to talk about different ways of thinking and feeling. Possibly challenging, maybe your previous thoughts and beliefs so that you can open yourself up to being inspired on this journey. So it is a positive experience for you.
So Why Fascinating Fitness? I want to be someone that’s there for you. So that I can constantly remind you that you can do this. You can do this. You are enough. You are capable. You are strong. You can do this guaranteed. Number two to provide you real honest information with no gimmicks. Then to hopefully inspire you and give you new perspectives to challenge you. To have you try new things and feel successful and to spark your curiosity. Because this is what works for me. And then maybe you too will be Fascinated by Fitness!
