Thank you for visiting my recipes page! Here I will give you the secrets to my healthy eating plan. These are recipes I use on a regular basis for myself and my family. I am not a world class chef just a working mom. We try to make meals that are quick and easy and do not have too many ingredients. I cook for my family everyday because their health is so important to me. I want my family to eat good whole foods. Of course we eat our take out every now and then but it is not a regular habit.
So take a look at the rest of the site to learn about what I mean about whole foods. These are foods that are not processed. They don’t contain preservatives, added sugars or sweeteners, or unhealthy fats. We try to buy and consume foods that are as close to their natural state as possible. This is when they are most healthy and your body can get the most of what it needs out of each food. We eat foods that are colorful, organic when it fits into our budget, and make sure that we are getting a variety of foods.
These recipes are just a start. First, you will find recipes I have mentioned in other pages on this site and then expand from there. I will be adding more recipes as I go! Once you get the hang of how to cook using whole foods you will be able to cook many different foods for your family.
